Big Book Getaway 2014 – Group Selfie

The Big Book Getaway is an exciting event series that premiered in February 2013 at the Mohegan Sun Resort in Connecticut. More than 150 renowned authors and exciting presenters have since converged to discuss their work.  The Big Book Getaway concept expands upon the traditional living room reading group where small groups of avid readers come together to meet interesting people, discuss books and taste great food and wine. This is a special event for all readers, whether you are part of a book club or not.  Due to popular demand, smaller regional events have now been scheduled throughout the upcoming year at the beautiful Bee and Thistle Inn in Old Lyme, CT, and The Katharine Hepburn Cultural Center in Old Saybrook, CT.
